Discovery


During the initial phase, we want to learn as much as we about you and your business. We work with you to accurately determine your needs and current situation. We discuss the role of technology and digital marketing in your business. Once we understand the tasks at hand, we move to define the scope of the project and agreement deliverable.

Define


During this stage we want to establish what you and your company are trying to accomplish. We’ll discuss your wants, needs, marketing goals and budget. Simply put, the more we know, the more we can help you. Using the information you have provided us, we will develop a Scope of Work (SOW) which will detail and outline a solution that will satisfy your wants and needs. Design


Once the Statement of Work has been approved, our design and development team will initiate the design process. This will focus on the specifications you have provided, the budget you’ve given us, and your business goals. The design process includes:

  • Functional Design
  • Training Plan
  • Technical Design
  • Test Plan

Develop


Once you have approved the final design, we will begin the development and building process. The development stage is where we ensure that it is not only visually appealing, but also function, flexible and delivers a great experience to the end user. This is a very dynamic process that will deliver the results you are looking for. Items that are focused on during the development stage are:

Deploy


Once you are satisfied with the design and development we will launch the product or service. We will monitor performance and activity and address any issues. We will populate database tables with the latest versions of production data, and all internal and external client operations processes will be integrated and confirmed. For products that require it there will client training available at the beginning of the deployment stage.
Deploying the software is the most essential part of the methodology as customers are logging in and engaging with your products and/or services. Now we will be able to get a more accurate depiction of how your product or service is performing. We will make necessary changes, then plan any additional improvements that may be needed. The final steps of the deployment stage include:
